Tools to succeed in your Social Media Campaign
More than gurus endowed with divine instincts, the Strategist are people who we rely on data and formulas that enable us to obtain feaciente reality of success or otherwise of a campaign. And for this we need the necessary tools that allow us to “discern” if these data are true.
But if google gives me everything I need right?
If you think that with google analytics and feedburner, may be enough, nothing could be further from the truth as it would be like thinking that a single Ferrari engineer measured the top speed and tire pressure in training for a race, (necessary clearly important) but totally inadequate to develop a strategy reliable enough when competing with other teams.
And if there is something a strategist … tools needed are tools to measure, evaluate, observe and gather information that allows us to get to know whether the actions proposed in a given time are bearing fruit and tools for each of the windows or channels have open (facebook, twitter, forums, blogs) each are as important as the previous one, and the mark (which is ultimately the car has to reach the desired target) depends on each and every one of them to get across the line.
The big challenge we have is that there is no single winning combination (and are each situation, and certainly every Strategist) who decides on a time tools give sufficient data to analyze, implement and evaluate the results of a concrete action social media projects.
